NYS Needs of Students with Autism Workshop

Welcome to the NYS Needs of Students with Autism Workshop. This self-paced online training meets the New York State Training in the Needs of Students with Autism workshop requirement. Facilitated by a NYSED approved instructor, students in this workshop will gain an understanding of autism spectrum disorder, including its definitions, prevalence, characteristics, evidence-based instructional practices, behavioral supports, and collaborative strategies and resources that help educators effectively support students with autism across educational settings.
